Mineral gearbox oil for application in industrial gearboxes Eurol Multisept EP ISO-VG 460 is a gear oil specially developed for industrial applications such as the bath lubrication of heavily and/or shock-loaded gear and worm gear transmissions, circulation lubrication, and mist lubrication. Eurol Multisept EP ISO-VG 460 is a so-called Mild EP (Extreme Pressure) oil with a high load-carrying capacity (EP) which excellently absorbs sudden peak loads. Eurol Multisept EP ISO-VG 460 protects metal parts (including non-ferrous metals) from rust and corrosion, even if water has entered the system. The water is separated quite quickly by this oil. Due to its good compatibility with common types of rubber, the deterioration or swelling of sealing materials is prevented. Eurol Multisept EP ISO-VG 460 offers very good resistance to oxidation, extends the lifespan of the gears, has a low tendency to foam formation, and has very good anti-wear properties. Deposits and sludge formation are avoided with this oil.
