Synthetic industrial gear oil based on polyalkyleneglycol Eurol Syntan EP ISO-VG 460 is a fully synthetic oil based on polyalkylene glycols for the lubrication of all types of heavily loaded gear and worm gear transmissions, particularly in applications with elevated temperatures. Eurol Syntan EP ISO-VG 460 has excellent anti-oxidation, anti-wear, anti-rust, and high-pressure properties and a low friction coefficient. It has a very low tendency to foam and naturally has a very high viscosity index. Eurol Syntan EP ISO-VG 460 is durable and extends the lifespan of the machine. It allows for extended oil change intervals and reduces maintenance costs. Eurol Syntan EP ISO-VG 460 is not miscible with mineral oil; if switching from mineral oil to Eurol Syntan EP ISO-VG 460, it is recommended to flush the system first. Eurol Syntan EP ISO-VG 460 can only be mixed with equivalent synthetic oils based on polyalkylene glycols.
