Rymax Casdax FS FG 2 is a range of technologically advanced greases developed by complexing modified overbased calcium sulphonates. This technology provides exceptional mechanical stability, high load carrying performance, reduced wear, and excellent resistance to water and steam, making it a premium choice for high-temperature greases. Rymax Casdax FS FG 2 is H-1 approved for incidental food contact and is designed to provide superior performance at elevated temperatures and during periods of infrequent lubrication in food processing applications. It is suitable for low to medium speed bearings operating under adverse conditions such as the combined action of (salt) water, steam, temperature, and other foreign material seen in sugar beet processing.They are also available with NLGI 1 grade. Rymax Casdax FS FG 2 is also ideal for pellet presses, which have stringent and increasing demands on the lubricant. The greases have a proven track record in enhancing bearing lifetime and reducing wear and downtime. These high viscosity synthetic greases offer superior performance and are best suited for applications where there is a possibility of incidental food contact.
